Happy Monday all!
We were super inspired by the Women’s March this weekend! And are empowered by women coming together to stand in solidary with all those who have been marginalized and to recognize intersectionality and unity, perseverance and love as the way forward.
To recap, on January 12th at the Richmond Board of Zoning Appeals hearing, our Variance application was approved! Ian and Laura were there to support us, and after we left the room two media correspondents asked if we could answer a couple questions. One wrote for the Pal-Item/Indy Starr and today we appeared on the front page of the Pall-Item. Click here for the full story. Our house is cleaned out for transportation.
Last week we had our final check in/up by Ian Smith (Dir. of Facilities), Mike Rauthe (Plumber Specialist), Curtis Williams (Carpenter) and Bill Gray (Lead Master Electrician) all splendid members of Earlham’s Maintenance Department.
A special shout out and thank you to all of them!
We may or may not be on campus near Public Safety by the end of the week……
With love and light,
Abby & Lily
